"I am not a typical Crossfitter and I do not care. Back in 2013 I was looking for a gym where I can get personal attention and work with a staff who genuinely and passionately cared about my health and progression. I receive all that and more here. It is a very positive atmosphere and from the very minute I arrive till I leave I am pushed and motivated to give 110% every time yet I receive vital instruction to improve my form and not injure myself. So although I may not be making it to the Crossfit games anytime soon, my health, energy and overall self confidence has improved and safe to say I will be a member for a very very long time, if not life."
