The CrossFit A.C.T. Run Club is designed for all levels of running. From beginner to intermediate to advanced, the A.C.T. Run Club will build upon best running practices, time trials and team goals. The Club meets on Sundays at 9am. Each week, the location is announced via our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). All members and non-members of the gym are welcome to participate.
